About Catherine Schneider
Catherine Schneider is a self-taught abstract artist based in Minneapolis, MN. She is inspired by modern art and design, graffiti/street art and urban decay. Her painting style is distinctly bold, multi-layered and typically colorful with script forms being a central theme for many recent pieces. She uses multiple mediums and application methods, with most paintings having an acrylic base, and specializes in larger format and diptych/triptych paintings on stretched canvas.
